Trying to lose fat while you’re applying different body building techniques can be difficult to say the least. There needs to a be fine balance of the right calories in your diet. Made up of eating the right foods, which should have a lot of ingredients including a good part of your nutrition having high animal fats included.
That seems to be contrary to what you are trying to do. Lose fat while gaining muscle. It does work though.Only when you learn how to build muscle in ways which control the fat you already have. Transforming it into lean muscle instead gravity defying body fat.
With weight gain it’s critical to control every element of your diet so you know how many calories you are consuming, and turn those into fat burning workouts to get rid of the calories your body doesn’t need and focus on building the remaining into lean muscle mass.

If you want to get a little inspiration to change your body, watch this p90x video. It is about fitness coach Nick Husin – although he was not a fitness coach back then – and how he went from scrawny to brawny using power 90 and p90x.
He began in 2007 when he was just a skinny kid in his early 20′s. He weighed 100 pounds or so. Man, that is skinny! Anyway, a few months later he had packed on about 30 pounds of muscle by using p90x and eating a lot of whey protein shakes. I think he uses shakeology a lot now, too.
Plus, I saw another cool thing. He does free p90x coaching for other people who are just starting out. All you have to do is sign up on his website and he will get in touch with you.
